My "double sixty" is two 60 gallon glass aquariums plumbed together to form a single water mass. The tanks are seperated into a tank for large fish, and another for smaller community fish. Filtration takes place mainly in the community side of the tank, with the "big fish" tank only containing a heater and a detrius collector. There's about eight inches of hight difference between the community tank and the "big fish tank", which makes for a good water flow. There is a Pengiun 1140 powerhead driving the water uphill, and that is feed into a homemade spray bar. .
The community tank is tightly covered, and the "big fish" tank has egg-crate to allow some surface viewing, while keeping the denizens constained.

Additionally, it once held 3 marble hatchet fish, but they vanished without a trace. The tank has always been covered, and no sign of an opening was ever found. (If you have any ideas, email them to me!)
